A note from Mr. Dutton

I'd just like to say thank you for supporting our evening at Chapters last night.  I hope those of you who attended enjoyed the various performances and talks by students and staff as well as the social aspect of the event.

I'd also like to pass on special thanks to those staff and students who were directly involved in organizing performances and/or presenting and/or assisting with the evening.  Without your participation there would be no event as such.  I'm sure that all who were present last night were very impressed with the talent and spirit of our ambassadors.  I would ask that the teachers pass on special thanks to all the students involved.

I'll send an email regarding what funds we raised when I receive the information from Deirdre at Chapters.  For those of you who are curious, the approximately $500 that we raised back in March was used to purchase books for our library.  The books purchased came from a wish list of titles submitted by students.

It would be great if the funds we raised from the event last night come close to that from back in March.  But, independent of whatever the funds turn out to be, we all shared an enjoyable time.
