Great start to the season - CNML Contest

The CNML is run through the University of Windsor and is open to any secondary student.  The contest is broken down into six rounds (once a month from October through March) each running for 30 minutes comprising of 6 problems.  Each problem counts as 1 point if solved correctly.  The top five scores from each round are added together as our "School Score".  The total school score after all six rounds are then totaled to provide the final national standings, overall there are 226 schools in the league.

We had a very effective start to the season this year.  An amazing turnout of 192 students wrote the first round, a school record.  Furthermore we are guaranteed a first place standing in the league as an incredible 23 students wrote a perfect paper, well done!  The scoring breakdowns are as follows:
